Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model actress television host entrepreneur recording artist has received numerous awards during her career. These include two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. The actress has been nominated to win 8 PMPC Star Awards, two Gawad Urian Awards, as in addition to the Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina originally from Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith, who was an Australian lawyer. She was born at Yarrawonga located in Victoria, Australia. Her father wed Ojales who was a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan in 1982. Jasmine is her sister who is an actor. Clare passed away from a heart condition in 2007 when she was only four months old.
